Everett Golson missed out on a golden opportunity. The strong-armed Myrtle Beach junior quarterback long ago could have decided to take advantage of a receiving corps so deep it takes two hands to count them. He could have chosen to make his game-night passing decisions based on which receiver showered him with the best gifts. Instead he chose the "straight-up" route. (Myrtle Beach Sun News)
