Alex Smith is sure this time. The highly rated tight end, who first committed to hometown Cincinnati back in February before backing off that pledge, said Tuesday he will definitely play for North Carolina next fall. "I'm very firm," Smith said. "I know this is right for me. It's a very, very solid decision. This is where I want to be and the the program I want to be in." Smith attends Lakota West High in West Chester, Ohio, where he helped lead the Firebirds to a 9-2 record as as senior.
