Roy Williams needs to patent the game plans and pre-game speeches he uses when UNC plays Michigan State. It has to be frustrating for Tom Izzo and the Spartans. The last three games between North Carolina and Michigan State have resulted in UNC wins, but what really has to be hard for Izzo to swallow is how easily and often UNC has scored, especially in the first half.
