It took North Carolina 18 minutes to get a shot off against Drake, who ranks 99th in goals against average. But in the second half the Tar Heels exploded for two goals in a three-minute span of the NCAA Tournament quarterfinal match at Fetzer Field. With the 2-1 win, North Carolina (16-2-3) advances to the College Cup for the second straight year and will play Friday at WakeMed Sports Park in Cary. (Raleigh News & Observer)
