Poetic Damien Leonard anything but prose on the court

Players are often told to put bad plays or bad games behind them. J.L. Mann junior star Damien Leonard has found an unconventional way, an introspective and literary way to do that. Leonard pens poems a couple times a week that are usually based on his emotions, and they are his mechanism to move past things that would otherwise linger. Occasionally he's moving past something that occurred on the court. (Myrtle Beach Sun News)
