Police: Shooting of UNC student body president appears random


The student body president at the University of North Carolina was last seen alive just hours before she was found shot to death on a street in what police said they believe was a random act. Police publicly identified the shooting victim as Eve Marie Carson, 22, on Thursday, and Curran said her death appeared to be a random act. Officials said they had no suspects and no arrests had been made. (Blue Ridge Now)
