Several key Tar Heel football targets opt for other programs

As Signing Day approaches, several of the best high school football players in the country are finalizing their college plans. Saturday afternoon, a number of athletes high up on the North Carolina recruiting board made their college destinations known during the U.S. Army All-American Game. All of the targets North Carolina had hoped to see put on a Carolina Blue hat on Saturday went another direction.
