Roy Williams expressed two things with certainty at his Friday news conference: his grandson was sleeping through the night with regularity and Marcus Ginyard would not play on Sunday. Somebody better call Scott and Katie Williams and tell them the baby may be wide awake tonight, because Ginyard made a surprising recovery. (Tar Heel Blue)
