Duke, UNC deadlocked for ACC lead

Duke won the Virginia primary 86-70 Wednesday night, taking ACC basketball to a place we assume is an annual destination: the Blue Devils and North Carolina deadlocked and playing to determine the regular-season title on the final weekend. Part of the league's bylaws, isn't it? Not unless the bylaws have been suspended since 1991.
