The perennial dominance of the Tar Heels and Blue Devils - who rank second and fourth, respectively, in all-time Division I victories - presents a significant challenge for the rest of the ACC. Though the league is widely regarded as the nation's best, boasting the No. 1 conference Ratings Percentage Index for the fourth time in the past five seasons, it isn't particularly kind to party-crashers.
