Wake continues Heels' struggles

With UNC hobbled by injury and in the midst of a midseason swoon, the Demon Deacons took full advantage, using a punishing inside game and timely outside shooting to earn their first victory in the Smith Center since 2005 and their eighth victory in the series in the last 13 meetings. The Demon Deacons dialed up the swagger and turned a must-win game for the No. 24 Tar Heels into the worst home loss in the era. (Shelby Star)
