Wolfpack, Heels get top grades on signing day

The Tar Heels were surprised to lose Florida running back Casey Turner to Rutgers, but added Florida wide receiver Sean Tapley and South Columbus High tight end-defensive lineman Ethan Farmer. Those additions, combined with a class already stocked with linemen, led SuperPrep editor and Scout.com national editor Allen Wallace to rate UNC's class tantalizingly close to the Top 25.
