Tar Heels celebrate 100 years of basketball in Chapel Hill

North Carolina coach Roy Williams admits that he is an emotional person, so it's no surprise that he choked up multiple times during the two and a half hour "Celebration of Century" in front of a sold-out crowd at the Smith Center on Friday. More than 60 former UNC players, two from as far as back as 1942, participated in a 40-minute game that was broken up with video tributes and live interviews (Durham Herald-Sun)
