Matt Harvey Matures On Fridays

After Matt Harvey's season-opening start on February 19, the junior used the word "horrible" to describe his outing to pitching coach Scott Forbes. Harvey did not earn a decision in 5.2 innings pitched, surrendering three earned runs on five hits against George Washington. While that might be seen as a sign of frustration, Forbes said it was just the opposite: Harvey was taking ownership of his pitching. (Tar Heel Blue)
