P.J. Hairston tops all-district list

Dudley's P.J. Hairston and Northern Guilford's Ryan Freeman have been voted District 7 Player and Coach of the Year, respectively, in the N.C. Basketball Coaches Association all-district teams. District 7 includes Guilford, Davidson and Forsyth counties. Hairston averaged 27 points and eight rebounds and has committed to attend North Carolina. Freeman guided the Nighthawks to a 25-3 record and a state quarterfinal appearance in his first season.
