Three stand out for WR Matthias Farley

Wide receiver Matthias Farley (Charlotte, N.C./Christian) informed ESPN affiliate Web site IrishSportsDaily.com that North Carolina, Notre Dame and Wisconsin are his top three. North Carolina State, Duke, Illinois, Maryland and East Carolina among others have also extended scholarship offers to the 6-foot, 185-pound talent. Farley, who played soccer before lining up on the gridiron, caught 29 passes for 849 yards (29.3 average) and 12 touchdowns while also recording 19 tackles and three interceptions (one returned for a touchdown) as a junior.
