Big Ten expansion will screw up the ACC
Posted Apr 28, 2010
The rumor is that if The Big Ten goes and makes itself a 14-16 team league, the SEC is going to target such schools as Florida State, Miami, Georgia Tech and Clemson. If that happens, say goodbye to the ACC as you know it. Then the ACC would have to lure in schools like West Virginia and South Florida. East Carolina might then have a chance to join the league. That might work for football, but can anyone imagine how embarrassing that's going to be in hoops?
