Women's Lacrosse Earns No. 3 Seed In NCAA Tournament, Will Face Navy Saturday

UNC has earned the No. 3 seed in the 2010 NCAA Women's Lacrosse Tournament and will host unseeded Navy on Saturday at noon at Fetzer Field in a first-round matchup, the NCAA announced on Sunday night. If the Tar Heels (15-2) beat Navy, they will advance to host a quarterfinal game on May 22 against the winner of Saturday's contest in Charlottesville, Va., between No. 6 seed Virginia (13-5) and unseeded Towson (13-4).
