Tar Heels shatter Blue Hens' dream season


The University of Delaware played a lacrosse game it will never forget to an outcome it will always regret. Many of the Blue Hens will eventually reflect favorably on Sunday night's NCAA tournament visit to Fetzer Field, because they showed they were North Carolina's equal. It did not quite equate to victory, however, which left them immediately unfulfilled and their charmed 2010 season, suddenly and painfully, over. (Delaware News Journal)
