Wildcats end Tar Heels' run

UNC still can claim the lone victory over the Northwestern women's lacrosse program over the last 50 games, but the Wildcats laid claimed Friday night to something to the Tar Heels wanted even more -- a shot at the national championship. The Wildcats played like the five-time reigning champions that they are during a near-perfect second half, avenging a regular-season loss to UNC with a 15-10 triumph in the national semifinals.
