ACC still has to keep up

The ACC, its fans, and league officials can rest easy. Thanks to Texas' decision to stay in the Big 12, the ACC avoided any trickle-down effect that could have been devastating to the league's current membership. Had the SEC felt the need to expand, the ACC could have found itself in negotiations with the Big East once again. (ESPN.com)
