Jeff Lebo understands the obstacles. Playing college basketball at North Carolina and working as an assistant at South Carolina gave him familiarity with this area. "We're not there yet, no doubt about it," Lebo said. "We haven't earned the respect that you need and haven't earned the right to be talked about yet in this league."
