North Carolina came into Saturday's game against Virginia Tech anticipating another tough test, especially considering that the Hokies swept the season series last season, and given too that the Tar Heels' injury situation appeared to be only getting worse. What Carolina got -- instead of what it thought it might get -- on Saturday was a welcomed respite after what has been a rough couple of weeks, in the form of a dominating 92-53 win over the Hokies.
