ESPN, ACC announce multi-million $ deal

ESPN and the ACC have reached a 12-year deal to broadcast football, men’s and women’s basketball, Olympic sports and all conference championships, the ACC announced on Thursday. Various news outlets reported in May that ESPN will pay between $150-155 million a year for the league’s rights to football and basketball, and other sports, for 12 years, beginning in 2011-12.
