After the dust began to settle last week, it became apparent that the NCAA’s investigation of North Carolina centered around whether any football players had improper dealings with agents. Naturally this led into a discussion about the problems that rogue agents present in college athletics, which led to more discussion about how best to deal with the problem. One possible answer - criminal prosecution of rule-breaking agents.
