Ackley triples in first trip back to Rosenblatt Stadium

Dustin Ackley hit a triple in his first at-bat back at Rosenblatt Stadium in Omaha, Neb. since the 2009 College World Series in the Class AAA Tacoma Rainiers’ 4-3 loss to the Omaha Royals. Ackley, a Walnut Cove native and former star at North Carolina, is batting .277 in 24 games since being called up to Tacoma. (Stokes News)
