Tim Fedroff Progressing

Since being drafted in the seventh round of the 2008 MLB Draft by the Cleveland Indians, former Tar Heel Tim Fedroff has made progress through the organization, this season landing at Double-A Akron, where he is hitting .278 in 102 games. The 5-foot-11, 220-pound outfielder began his professional career in short-season Class-A Mahoning Valley in 2008, where he hit .319 in 23 games. (Inside Carolina)
