Tar Heels Ranked No. 18 In Preseason AP Poll


North Carolina will open the 2010 season ranked No. 18 in the Associated Press poll, the organization announced Saturday. The Tar Heels are one of five Atlantic Coast Conference teams in the preseason poll, joining No. 10 Virginia Tech, No. 13 Miami, No. 16 Georgia Tech and No. 20 Florida State. UNC's opening week opponent, Louisiana State, is ranked No. 21. (Tar Heel Blue)
