Brooks Foster waived by St. Louis

The St. Louis Rams on Sunday waived former Boiling Springs High School [and UNC] star Brooks Foster. Foster was a fifth-round pick of the Rams in the 2009 NFL draft. The wide receiver spent the entire season on injured reserve after undergoing ankle surgery when he was injured in a preseason game. (Go Upstate)
