LSU players say they’re unfazed by UNC problems


The closer the LSU football team gets to its Sept. 4 season opener, the more it looks like the Tigers’ opponent will enter that game short-handed. Though it began strictly as a probe into a potentially improper relationship between players and sports agents, the NCAA’s investigation of the North Carolina program has expanded to include possible academic misconduct, the school has announced.
