Butch Davis sidesteps player availability question

Both UNC football coach Butch Davis and LSU coach Les Miles were reserved when they spoke with reporters Monday afternoon about Saturday night’s season-opening game in the Chick-fil-A Kickoff. Before the teleconference began, a UNC official said Davis would not comment about the ongoing NCAA investigation into the program. Davis sidestepped a question about how he’ll prepare for this game not knowing who will be available. (Greensboro News & Record)
