ACC Report Card: Week 3
Posted Sep 20, 2010
The Tar Heels’ youth on defense, courtesy of the “suspended” 12, took too long to adjust to Georgia Tech’s triple-option offense. Tech scored twice in its first seven offensive plays, and at one point wore down the Heels by running 59 of 67 offensive plays in the game. Yet, UNC still had a chance to win in the 30-24 defeat, which is a testament to the coaching staff and the players. Grade: C.
