Rutgers coach Greg Schiano tries to downplay importance of UNC game

Rutgers coach Greg Schiano refused to call Saturday's game against UNC a "measuring stick'' or "statement'' game although the Scarlet Knights have played two lesser opponents -- and struggled for victory -- in their first two games of the season. UNC (0-2), which is without 12 players due to suspension, including four NFL-caliber starters on defense, has nonetheless played both LSU and Georgia Tech tough.
