North Carolina (0-2). Streak: L 4. This week: at Rutgers. Chances: 80 percent. Another heartbreaking loss for short-handed North Carolina last week. I know I put their chances pretty high at beating Georgia Tech, and it almost happened. Rutgers is no Georgia Tech. Even the short-handed Tar Heels should be able to win. (ESPN.com)
