ACC Football In a Rebuilding Phase


ACC football isn’t exactly experiencing its' greatest period right now. In fact, one can argue the conference has gotten worse each season since expansion. Expansion so far has done nothing to help the conference. The nine ACC teams that began the last decade as league members combined for 15 appearances in the final rankings from 2000-2004, but in the last five years the group combined for just eight such appearances.
