Verica still No. 1 at QB for Virginia

Ross Metheny tagged along with Marc Verica on Monday as reporters grilled the starting quarterback during a weekly interview session. Metheny, a redshirt freshman, entered in the position he remains on the depth chart - behind Verica. Despite being mired in a two-game losing streak, Virginia (2-3, 0-2 ACC) plans to stick with Verica as the starting signal caller for better or worse. (Charlottesville Daily Progress)
