Kentucky offers Adjehi Baru...or do they?

Rick Lewis Tweeted Thursday that Kentucky had offered a scholarship to 2011 4-star power forward (and UNC target) Adjehi Baru:
"Kentucky just offered 6'9 Adjehi Baru. Baru will take an official visit to UK in the near future. UK will replace USC as the 5th official"
This report turned out to be erroneous, however, as Scout.com's national recruiting analyst Evan Daniels quickly corrected him:
"Kentucky is definitely heavily interested in Adjehi Baru, but despite rumors has not stepped up with an offer yet. They'll see him soon."
In either case, national interest in Baru is definitely picking up as he readies for his visit to UNC on October 29th.
