Tar Heel Women Pull Away From Duke in Game and A.C.C.

On a night when Duke’s women needed to make a stand to keep their place among the top teams in the ACC, it was North Carolina that made a statement with a 93-76 victory in front of a capacity crowd of 9,314 at Cameron Indoor Stadium. The game was not close after the opening 10 minutes and simply got ugly toward the end as North Carolina handed the Blue Devils one of their worst home defeats in recent history.
