The Mavericks' D-League affiliate in nearby Frisco has begun two-a-day practices, but Rashad McCants is not the only absentee of stature. Legends officials, though, continue to keep the door open for the enigmatic shooting guard, knowing that McCants has to play for them if he plays in the D-League this season and still convinced he'll ultimately report to Frisco if he continues to be shunned by NBA teams.
