TE Darien Bryant de-commits from Nebraska

Within a day of verbally committing to play for Nebraska, Darien Bryant of North (Pickerington, Ohio) has de-committed, according to Panthers coach Tom Phillips. One of the top tight ends remaining in the 2011 recruiting class, Bryant said Thursday that he'd told the Cornhuskers he'd be signing a letter of intent to play for them next February. "He got cold feet," Phillips said. "He didn't feel like he made the right decision." Bryant previously took official visits to North Carolina and Hawaii, and Hawaii and Nebraska remain high on Bryant's list. (Max Preps)
