QB Vad Lee voted to All-State team


With a state 4-A football title in hand, Hillside quarterback Vad Lee earned another honor Wednesday when he was picked for the Associated Press All-State team. Lee garnered 11 votes, which tied him with three others in receiving the most votes at their position. Lee finished the season with 3,223 passing yards and 1,300 rushing yards for the Hornets, who posted a perfect 16-0 mark and beat Davie County 40-0 in the 4-A championship game. (Durham Herald-Sun)
