Dean Smith congratulates Coach K on victory No. 880

Duke coach Mike Krzyzewski won his 880th game Wednesday night, his top-ranked Blue Devils hammering UNC-Greensboro 108-62 at the Greensboro Coliseum. The victory moved Coach K past Dean Smith into sole possession of second place on college basketball’s all-time wins list. Immediately following the game, Smith sent a statement of congratulations to Krzyzewski. (Fayetteville Observer)
