UNC coaching impact felt around the state

The first time Buzz Peterson expressed an interest in coaching, North Carolina legend Dean Smith asked him a question. "If a job at the University of Montana was open, would you take it?" Smith's point: If Peterson was serious about becoming a coach, he'd embrace the opportunity regardless of location, salary or prestige. (Fayetteville Observer)
