Montgomery, UConn women slip past UNC

Connecticut took the first shot in its showdown with North Carolina, shook it off, then came back to deliver the knockout. Renee Montgomery scored 26 points and UConn stayed unbeaten by rallying past North Carolina 82-71 last night. (Winston-Salem Journal)
