DE Max Issaka Picks Rutgers


Woodbridge (N.J.) High defensive end Max Issaka’s recruitment finally came to an end, for a second time, Friday when he announced he will attend Rutgers. Issaka made the announcement during a ceremony at his home in the Port Reading section of Woodbridge. Issaka’s other finalist was North Carolina. (Scarlet Report)
