UNC among five finalists for OG Kaleb Johnson
Posted Jan 31, 2011
Five schools remain in the hunt for White High offensive guard Kaleb Johnson, but it appears one program is coming on strong late. The 6-foot-5, 295-pound Johnson has been impressed with Miami and enjoyed an in-home visit Thursday that allowed him to meet new Miami offensive line coach Art Kehoe. The four other schools contending for Johnson’s talents are Rutgers, North Carolina, Louisville and Iowa State. “I’m going to call all the schools Tuesday night and let them know,” Johnson said.
