Nuggets coach George Karl to start Ty Lawson over Raymond Felton

The speedy (Raymond) Felton — who, like Denver's Ty Lawson, won a national title as a University of North Carolina point guard — is having his best pro season, averaging 17.1 points and 9.1 assists. Keeping in mind that Lawson is Denver's point guard of the future, it's possible the Nuggets trade Felton. Karl said Lawson will be the team's starting point guard. (Denver Post)
