LB commit Shakeel Rashad will enroll in January

When Shakeel Rashad, the 6-foot-2, 215-pounder, committed to North Carolina, it was because the Tar Heels always stuck out. "I narrowed it down to three schools -- North Carolina, South Carolina and Duke. I made a list of the pros and cons of every school and the one that emerged with no cons was North Carolina.
