Top rising senior: Jody Fuller, WR (Monroe, N.C./Sun Valley) - It's not often the top overall recruit at the combine also scores the highest SPARQ rating. The ESPNU 150 Watch List prospect measured in at a 6-foot, 203 pounds and boasts over 20 scholarship offers from schools like North Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia Tech. He put up a 115.62 SPARQ rating, best overall at the combine, highlighted by his 43-foot throw in the power ball and jumping nearly 35 inches in the vertical. (ESPN.com)
