Roy Williams continues a self-evaluation that pays dividends
Friday, March 25, 2011
After the [2009-2010] season ended, Roy Williams began the process of self-evaluation, something he tries to do every year. His wife asked if it was as simple as better recruiting classes those years, but he said it wasn’t. He already knew the answer. “I said ‘no, fear of failure is what it is with me.’” Williams said. “I think last year I looked into as many things as I possibly could.” (Newark Star-Ledger)
